Great Day on the Big Pond

Today was a great day of fishing for all our boats we sent out. After delaying our trips a bit to let the ocean settle a bit more from our 2 day big swell it became a really nice ocean.

A couple of our boats got limits of Rockfish with some really nice Lings and Cabezon in the mix. The other got a little of over 2/3 of his rockfish but traded off with some very respectable Lings and Cabezon.  Crabbing has improved from last week to 3 to 5 per person. 

With October coming up it has slowed a bit so we will be running trips Thursday thru Monday with an 8am departure. Tommorrow looks really nice but we do have another swell coming in on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday through next Monday appears to be super nice with a really nice ocean.
